Before you book
Is booking direct really cheaper?
Yes, by about eighteen per cent, which is the platform fee. The rate on this site is the rate you pay and cleaning is already in it.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights, and seven over Christmas and New Year. Shorter stays are sometimes possible at the last minute, so it is worth asking.
Do you take a deposit to hold dates?
No. We hold dates for twenty-four hours on a message. A deposit is taken only when you confirm.
Are the houses suitable for young children?
Three of the four are. The Cottage has external steps down to the water and we will talk you out of it if you have a toddler.
What happens if something breaks?
Delroy lives eleven minutes away and has keys. The record is a failed water heater fixed within the hour, at nine at night.
