The sheet on the right prices the dates as you change them, so nothing in our reply will be a number you have not already seen. We answer every enquiry the same day, including the ones we have to say no to.

That total is the one we will invoice: the nights, the cleaning and the Virginia sales tax 6% and Richmond lodging tax 8%, with nothing added afterwards. The $400 deposit is authorised on the day you arrive and released the day after you leave.
One of us reads this within the day, and if those nights are still free we hold them for 48 hours while you decide. A third of the stay confirms it. If they have gone between your asking and our reading, we will write back with the nearest week that has not.
Put an arrival date in and this will price every night of the stay.
