Gas fire, the good sofa, and the window seat everyone ends up reading in.
The room you come back to. A gas fire that works off a switch, a three-seat sofa we rebuilt in 2024, two armchairs, and a window seat that takes the afternoon light from about two o'clock. The television is a 55-inch with the streaming apps signed out; sign into your own and sign out when you go.
The floor is the original heart pine and it is not level. A glass on the low table by the fire will drift towards the hall.
