One parking space off the alley, a fenced side yard, a fig tree that fruits in August.
The side yard is fenced on three sides and open to the alley, which matters if you are bringing a dog: ours is a gate we close, not a fence you can leave a dog behind alone. There is a charcoal grill, a table for four, and a fig tree that is worth a week in August and nothing at all in February.
Parking is one space off the alley. Everything else is free, unpermitted street parking.
