A booking fell through for the third and the tenth. They are back on the calendar at the ordinary summer rate.
A family who had held the first two weeks of July since February had to cancel in August. They were inside the sixty-day line, so under our own terms we keep the deposit — and we did not, because the reason was a funeral.
Both weeks are open again. Summer is a Saturday-to-Saturday week at $315 a night, and those two weeks are the only summer weeks left in 2027.

The old unit held 82°F on a bad day. The new one holds 78°F and costs us $41 a month more to run.

Richmond's lodging tax moved from 7% to 8%. On a seven-night stay in October that is $22 more.
